Lollipop Candy Press Machine is one automatically double press machine for making lollipop candy. It could press the powder material into the tablet. After years study and research, we have owned mature technology for the lollipop stick insert machine.

Work Process

Transfer the powder into the hopper of the press machine→the powder fill into the middle die at the same time, lollipop stick insert into the middle die→the press making the candy→candy come out of the press.

Feature

1. The cover is made of stainless steel with close type.

2. Equipped with plexiglass perspective window, the machine can observe the status of pressing piece. Side blank can be fully opened, which is easy to clean and maintain.

3. The filling depth, the pressure, working speed and the tablet thickness can be adjustable.

4. Rotary tablet press machine could make sing layer candy, two layer candy.

5. The press machine speed and the stick insert speed are same. If the press is high speed, the stick insert machine speed will higher automatically.

6. Equipped with over-load protection apparatus, the lollipop stick insert machine will stop automatically when pressure overloads.

7. Combining machine with electricity, the machine is equipped with touching key and screen.

8. Transmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main machine that is a separate component. No pollution and easy to send out heat and resist grinding.

9. Powder-absorbing apparatus could absorb the powder in the piece-pressing room.
