Hydraulic Press Machine
Introduction
Hydraulic tablet press is mainly used to press powder or granular materials into tablets. This tablet compression machine can also be used to produce mothballs, disinfectants, metallurgical blocks, ceramics tablets, magnetic tablets, food products, bath salts, detergents, and so on. We mainly provide CHTP200T, CHTP150T, CHTP100T and CHTP45T hydraulic tablet presses.
Features
1. This tablet compression machine can produce tablets from multi-cavity mould. It is of stable working pressure and can greatly increase productivity.
2. Electrical control system is under command of computer system. The process time can be adjusted according to the production situation, which can be achieved by automatic or manual work.
3. Hydraulic tablet press machine consists of two parts: host and control structure.
Working Principle
This tablet compression machine is of four-column structure. The upper one is plunger cylinder used for buffering effect. The lower one is also plunger cylinder and is set below. The lower cylinder works together with upper cylinder to finish the buffering effect. After that, the vice cylinder feeds the material.
