THP Flower Basket Tablet Press Machine
Description
THP flower basket tablet press is a medium, continuous and automatic tablet compression machine. It is the essential equipment for pressing raw materials into tablets and medicines in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and electronic industries. It is suitable for small batch production of medicinal tablets, coffee pills, sugar pills, calcium tablets, powder metallurgical parts, electronic components, various tablets of pesticide and fertilizer used in laboratory and hospital.
The flower basket tablet press can press different kinds of special shaped or circular tablets and can also process the tablet with trademarks, letters and simple graph on both sides. THP flower basket tablet compression machine mainly includes THP, THP-I and THP-II models.
Operation
1. Before using the flower basket tablet press, we should check whether there is chipped edge, fissure, deformation and other quality problems of punch dies.
2. Check the granular materials are in accordance with the related requirement or not. The content of fine powder in the granule is not allowed to be over ten percent, so as not to affect the using performance and usage life of this tablet compression machine.
3. Before operation, we need to rotate the belt wheel manually and test pressure along the inching button.
4. During operation, users should pay attention to the running situation of flower basket tablet press. If there exists some abnormal sound, the machine should be stopped for check. Only when troubles are cleared, this tablet compression machine can be used again.
