BY Series Sugar Coating Machine

Introduction
BY sugar coating machine is used for average coating and polishing of formed tablets and pills in pharmaceutical and food industries. It is also used for rolling and heating beans and edible nuts or seeds. In addition to this tablet coating machine, we also provide BYS series coating machine.

Features of BY Sugar Coating Machine
1. Sugar coater is able to be matched with frequency controller and dust-removal system.
2. This tablet coating machine can be made with totally-enclosed structure and be installed with airbrush system.
3. BY sugar coating machine is fabricated meeting GMP requirements.
4. The tilted angle of sugar coating round pot is adjustable. Gas heater or electrical heater can be placed directly under the pot.
5. A separated blower with electrical heater is provided with the tablet coating machine. The pipe of the blower stretches into the pot for heating or cooling purpose.
6. Thermal capacity can be adjusted.
