ZPW21A (B) Rotary Tablet Press Machine
Description
ZPW21A and ZPW21B rotary tablet presses are high speed rotary tablet machines. They are designed to meet the GMP standard. ZPW21B is the improved version of ZPW21A. It can be used for pressing tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It can press not only round tablets but also tablets in different geometrical shapes, double-layer and annular tablets. The tablets may have letters on both sides.
Application of ZPW21A (B) Rotary Tablet Press
ZPW21A (B) high speed rotary tablet machine is extensively used in pharmaceutical, foods, chemicals, electronics and other industries.
Features
1. During operation, the speed of turret rotation, the depth of filling material and the thickness of tablets can be adjusted.
2. This rotary tablet press has an overload protection unit to avoid the damage of punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
3. An independent powder suction unit is attached to the high speed rotary tablet machine. It takes in the residual powder through its nozzles and hoses during operation so that the blockage by clustered powder can be eliminated and the collected powder materials can be reused.
4. The speed for ZPW21 rotary tablet press is adjusted by frequency conversion.
5. Its pressing area is sealed with four methacrylate doors to be isolated with the outside environment. The material contact parts are made of stainless steel and their surfaces are specially antisepticised to avoid pollution.
