Applications
GFG high efficiency boiling dryer is suitable for drying damp granules and powder materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, feed stuff industry, light industry, etc. This boiling drying machine can be used for drying big granule, small block material, viscous block granular material, and so on.

Features
1. GFG high efficiency boiling dryer is of circular structure so as to avoid blind angle.
2. There is stirring device in the container, avoiding damp materials agglomerating during the drying course and further making the materials dry evenly and fast.
3. The cloth-bag filter at the top of boiling drying machine is made of special antistatic fibers to ensure safe operation.
4. High efficiency boiling dryer has high drying speed and uniform drying temperature. The drying time of each batch is generally from 20 to 30 minutes.
5. With such characteristics as closed operation under negative pressure, filtered airflow, easy operation and cleaning, the boiling drying machine is a kind of ideal equipment meeting GMP requirements.
6. Equipped with tipping discharge device, GFG high efficiency boiling dryer can discharge materials easily, quickly and thoroughly. We can also design automatic feeding and discharging system according to customer’s requirement.

Working Principle of GFG Boiling Drying Machine
After air is purified and heated, then it will be introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan. Then it passes through the screen plate of raw material. In working chamber of high efficiency boiling dryer, the state of fluidization is formed under the action of stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated rapidly and taken away by air exhaust pipe, and the raw material is dried quickly.
